The Sole of the City 10K is tomorrow (Ken thanks for the heads up)!
We will have regular gym hours 8 am, 9 am, 10 am and 11 am. The streets might be shut down by the gym so plan accordingly! Stay updated if we are totally blocked out I will post an update, but we should be good to go!
CrossFit is becoming more main stream everyday. Men’s Fitness put out an article titled CrossFit First Aid Kit. Some people gripe about it getting “too big”, but I hope you would agree that it is a good thing. The more people that discover the amazing benefits of a good CrossFit program the better of the WORLD will be!
