Fitness: 95/65
RX: 115/75
RX+: 135/95
Coaching Tip: Work position before load on the overhead squat. Make sure your position is on point and you have control of the weight before moving up.  The transition between OHS to row and row to OHS should be fast. The load is low on purpose.  If overhead squats are always a struggle work on them in the strength portion, but do front or back squats during the met con in order to maintain the stimulus of the workout and keep yourself safe.
