10 Goblet Lunges  
10 Double DB/KB Clean (from the ground) (go single if you only have one)  
10 Sit ups 

15 Goblet Lunges  
15 Double DB/KB Clean 
15 Sit ups 

20 Goblet Lunges 
20 Double DB/KB Clean
20 Sit ups 

25 Goblet Lunges 
25 Double DB/KB Clean
25 Sit ups

30 Goblet Lunges 
30 Double DB/KB Clean
30 Sit ups

35 Goblet Lunges 
35 Double DB/KB Clean
35 Sit ups 

**For the Cleans the load should be something that is unbroken through the set of 20.  A moderate to heavy weight.  Adjust the reps accordingly.Cleans come from the ground, be sure to keep your back in a good position it will be a fair amount of hinging to the floor.  If you are going single arm cleans then alternate hands.  If you have a KB That is heavy or awkward a good sub would be KB swings.  If you have a barbell do Barbell hang Cleans with a moderate load.
