Don’t forget, DRIVE is at 8AM this week! We have had a great turnout so far the past couple of weeks, but we’ve gotten feedback that some people would like to see an earlier class time. We are trying it out as we figure out how to incorporate this class into our regular schedule.

Lifting Heavy For a Cause. We here at CFH know our fair share of strong women. In a few weeks, CFH member Tracy Coalhouse’s wife, Heiu, will be competing in the Fourth Annual Charm City Strongwoman Contest to benefit the Susan Cohan Kasdas Colon Cancer Foundation. CFH has already made a donation in support of Hieu’s efforts. If you would like to do the same, head over to her fundraising page. The Susan Cohan Colon Cancer Foundation works to eliminate colon cancer through the development and dissemination of educational programs focused on prevention, early screening and detection, and aggressive therapeutic intervention.

Deadlift 8 Reps (stay around the same weight, adjust slightly if needed)
Rest 30 seconds
8 High Box Jumps
Rest then Repeat for a total of 4 Sets
(For the high box jumps try to pick a height that is higher then you would use in a WOD.  Get explosive and focus on every jump)

Max 200 M Sprints (1 partner runs other partner rests, each sprint = 1 rep)
Score = Total Reps
