Snatch Grip Deadlift + Power Snatch + Hanging Power Snatch
The workout below might appear to be light weight and seem to be low rounds. But, it is 90 reps of each movement. You should be moving through these in sets of 10, at the least. If you are going in sets of 3 to 4 in the first round you need to lower the weight. Remember to hold a good position with your back on the light weight power snatches, ripping the weight off the ground with a rounded back will be detrimental to your lower back!
