2 KB high pull
3 Kettlebell swings
4 Push Press
5 Hanging Cleans
6 Front Squats
7 Sit ups
8 Push ups
9 Wall balls
10 Squat cleans
11 Pull ups
12 HSPU

Do you really think we would just run through this list once!?!  Here is how this workout works…complete 1, then 2, 1 then 3, 2, 1, then 4, 3, 2, 1… Just like the song.

Fitness: 75/55 (25/26)

RX: 95/65 (53/35)

RX+: 115/75 (53/35)

**This workout can take a while if you go to heavy and do not use proper progressions.  Toady we will put a hard 30 minute time cap on it.  If you are not done by then you should stop.  If you are looking to finish then choose a barbell weight that you do not have to put down.  Meaning you can do 4 push press, directly into 6 cleans, directly into  7 front squats.  Maybe not the whole workout, but at-least for a few rounds.

12/24/17-Open gym 9 am – 11 am (CFH and CFHE)   
12/25/17- Closed for Christmas 
12/26/17- Federal Hill – Noon, 4:30 and 5:30. Harbor East – 4;30, 5:30 only 
12/31/17- Open gym Federal Hill (9 am-Noon) and Harbor East (10-Noon)
