Next Saturday, we will be hosting a free fitness event at 2 East Wells at 10 am. If you are in the area and want to walk over or if you have a friend who has been itching to try CrossFit tell them to head over at 10 am!
Next Saturday we will also be hosting a gymnastics clinic. We will have a regular class schedule, but the back gym will be closed off for the clinic. We will run classes in the front gym. There will be no extra or side work allowed at the gym that day due to both sides being used.
