Strength WOD

12 minutes to find a heavy load with this complex

1 Squat Snatch + 2 OHS

(12 minutes is quick so you might not get to your heaviest load, but it should be used a warmup for the second piece )

AMRAP in 5 minutes

8 Overhead Squats

8 Pull Ups

Rest 3 Minutes

AMRAP in 5 minutes

8 Overhead Squats

12 Box Jumps

-Score each AMRAP for Total Reps and Score them Separately-

**The load on the OHS should be light, you should be going unbroken for most of your sets on overhead squats**

**Remember to lower the load to your waist first if you do not have 25’s on the bar**
