DRIVE

Every 5 minutes for 25 minutes
400 M Run
15 Dumbbell Thrusters
12  Pull ups
9 Box Jumps
(Drive class stays away from the barbell, but dumbbells are fair game.  We ordered a few extra sets of dumbbells, if you want to share just stagger start by 2 minutes and you should be fine.)
