If you have DU’s Complete the WOD below in 10 minutes:

(all sets must be unbroken, if you mess up start at the beginning of that set)

16 Box Jumps
8 HSPU
16 min AMRAP
Fitness: WB 14/10, 20/14 box
RX: WB 20/14, 24/20 box
RX+:  WB 30/20, 24/20 box

DRIVE

50 Wall Balls
50 Double Unders or 100 Singles
50 Push ups
50 Air Squats
50 KB Swings
50 Cals on the Rower
50 Walking Lunges holding Med Ball
