**Again we have 3 miles total, but it is now broken up into 800s. Lets continue to push the pace. The rest starts out at 2 minutes try to maintain your pacing as it eventually increases to 3 minutes. Score total time, if you can break out 800 M times put them in the notes!

The point here is to burn out the muscles you will use in a handstand push up. Start hard then slowing making the exercises easier. Do not mistake Max reps for speed and do make 15 your goal. This is to develop strength in positions. Go slow, get in good positions, it is less about the number of reps than the position and quality of movement.
