The Tough Mudder was run last weekend in West Virginia.  We had a few athletes here complete the race, GREAT job athletes! Not to undermine their accomplishment, but their was also a terrible tragedy during the race.  During one of the water obstaclaes a young man jumped in and drowned during the race.  A few of the members at CFH have a close tie to the this individual.  I figured educating the community on what happened would be the best thing to do.  John P send over a very well written article that goes into detail about the events that occurred. (All your sets should be heavy, increase your weight as you go to find your max 2 rep front squat.  It is often said that your 2 rep max front squat should be = to your 1 rep max squat clean.  This depends on technique, form and pulling power, but is a decent gauge)

12 Front Rack Lunges (95#/65#)

14 Sit ups
