Coaching tip: These workouts combined will test your physical and mental stamina. Make your 5 minutes of rest between the workouts “productive”. Instead of laying on the floor gasping for air, walk around, focus on taking deep breaths and slowing down your heart rate so you can attack Karen. Karen consists of 150 wall balls. If you have never done this many wall balls in a single workout, consider going lighter than normal on your medicine ball weight, or scaling the number of reps.
