**Special Class this Saturday**
CFH is teaming up with Core Power Yoga Baltimore (opening soon) to offer a CrossFit + Yoga combined class this Saturday at noon. The class will consist of a DRIVE-style WOD followed by 30 minutes of yoga. This event is free and open to the public so bring anyone! Snacks and juice will be provided by Gundalow Juice and Health Warrior. For more info, check out the Facebook page.
