Brian and I are losing sleep at night….only 15 people have signed up for the CrossFit Open at CFH.

If you are thinking about competing or enjoy doing CrossFit as a sport go sign up now! This competition is for everyone.  We will be doing the WOD’s at the gym every Saturday, starting March 9th.  Any and all skill levels are encouraged to participate.  It will be a fun inspiring competition to be a part of!

A1) Snatch Grip Deadlift 5/5/5/5/5 (3 second pull, use 110% of 1 RM Snatch)

A2) Straight Leg Stretch 1 Min each leg x 4
