I know last year everyone had a blast competing and throwing down together, we will try to create the same atmosphere this year.  It is all about YOU and pushing yourself further and harder then you do in a regular class.  You are also doing the same workouts as the best CrossFit athletes in the world and it is always fun to compare yourself to them.

**Remember knees to elbows means your knees touch your elbows, not knees to arm pits.  This is a challenging movement, if you are going RX be honest with yourself on every rep.  Full range of motion will create strength and promote good movement pattern, cutting reps short will create huge weaknesses in all other lifts**
