Every 6 minutes for 30 minutes 
50 Double Unders 
400/300 M Row 
30/20 Cal Bike 
20 DB Deadlifts  

Athletes: A long endurance workout today.  Each round should take about 5 minutes giving you 1 minute to recover for the next round.  Choose a load on the DB that you can do 20 unbroken reps with.
