Coach Brian will be heading there directly after the 5:30am class
Details: Join us at 3 Bean Coffee (209 Key Highway) after your morning WOD or on your way to work, grab a cup of coffee, and hang out with your fellow CFH athletes! Stop in for 10 minutes if you’re in a hurry, or stay for as long as you like!
Sweaty workout clothing and business casual attire are welcome.
Weekend Schedule at CFH

With the Battle of Baltimore on Saturday, all normal classes for the day will be cancelled. Come out and support your CFH athletes competing. Plus, watching other people work out almost counts as the real thing! We are still looking for a few volunteers. You will receive free lunch and a t-shirt for your time! We need volunteers from 7am to 4pm. Email CrossFitFederalHill@gmail.com if you can help out. Include what hours during the competition you can help!
