Strength WOD

OTMEM for 10 minutes

1 Snatch Grip Deadlift  + 1 Hanging Power Snatch+ 1 Power Snatch

(we will treat this as an ascending ladder, keep adding weight until you hit your max, then finish the 10 minutes there.  Some people might hit their max at minute 5 others might hit at minute 8.  Just add weight every minute.  Start moderate and try to hit your max between round 6-8)
