Remember there is no 4:30, 5:30 or 6:30 pm classes on Friday, July 26th. We will have a 5:30 am, 6:30 am, noon and a 4 pm!

Hanging Squat Clean 4/4/4/4
(All reps should be unbroken and no more than 70% of 1 RM)
Skill WOD
5 Min at each station allow about 1 min to switch and get ready for the next station
1) Row for max distance in meters
2) Hold the bottom of a squat (as long as possible)
3) 5 Toes to Bar, 5 Burpees (touch the bar) – 5 min AMRAP Score = total reps
4) Max Double Unders
