Today your score will be total time = 25 minutes. We are not scoring fastest or slowest round because we want to emphasize movement quality on these movements over speed. Work on position and movement quality today over speed and intensity on all movements. Reduce the number of reps if you need to to complete the work in under 5 minutes. Moving consistently well for 25 minutes will improve your fitness more than rushing through and compromising quality.
