Intramural Open Week 1 Scores
The first week of the CrossFit Open was a huge success and we have scored the teams based on week 1 performance! See our scoring system and the point totals below:
Participation points: each team was given 50 Points for 100% total participation (everyone completes the workout and enters a score). For each person who did not complete the WOD or enter their score, two points were deducted. (We decided to go this route because the # of people on each team is slightly different.)
Top 3 Male and Female in RX and Scaled: (3 points each). First, second and third place scores for male and female each earn their team 3 points each. This week’s top scorers were:

-Most inspiring performance (5 points)- This week’s winner is June R., of team NMMBOB, who got her first chest to bar pull-ups during Friday night’s workout!

-Spirit of the Open  (5 points)- This week’s winner is team Pull and Pray. During Friday night’s festivities RJ and Davidson started a Pull and Pray chant to cheer on members of their team. This is the kind of stuff we are talking about!
