This video is from 2009 and they still put up sub 8 times which is very impressive. CrossFit Central does Helen
OPT posts a sub 7 min Helen Time. This video is also a little older, but still impressive.
You might look at this workout and think it is not too difficult for a “girl” WOD, but the challenge is in how fast you can do it. The weight is moderate and the run is not long, which means you will not stop moving for the entire workout. With most workouts we do we always stress efficiency, this one is another prime example. Flopping around on the pull up bar like a fish outta water, swinging the bell like a drunken sailor, and running like you have cement in your shoes will be detrimental in this workout. Move with purpose, focus on range of motion and determination to develop good movement patters. It will make this workout more effective and faster!
