HAPPY THANKSGIVING

Partner Murph 

1 Mile Run (1 800 M each)
100 Pull ups
200 Push Ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run (1 800 M each)
The 1 mile run is relay style with each partner running 800 M. The pull ups, push ups and air squats can be portioned and split anyway you desire.
The time cap for partner Murph is 35 minutes.
**Mimosas will be served up post WOD**

Saturday (11/25)- Regular schedule at Crossfit Federal Hill, 9 am & 10am at Crossfit Harbor East
