Tomorrow (Friday) we will have Noon, 4:30 and 5:30PM classes

Partner WOD
400 M Run (1 partner runs, then second partner runs. 400 M each)
20 Hanging Power Cleans (20 reps total, divide reps however you want)
15 Sit ups (Both Partners must complete 15 reps each)
10 Burpees (Both partners complete together and must double high five at the top of each rep)
