**We will hit this cycle for a few weeks to help with our deadlift. You will probably need three different bars with three different loads, but lets work in groups so we do not all have 3 bars out. The goal here is to move through these movements not to put on as much weight as possible. If you work with two or three people who lift similar weight to you we should be able to conserve barbells*
