Coaching Tip: You should have about 1:00 to :30 to rest today after each round. Think of this as a training day not a test day. Move with purpose not just for speed. Side note: At least once a week we go easy on the shoulders. No overhead and no hanging from the bar. We also have crossover symmetry bands in the back gym that you should be taking advantage of.
