We will talk about running as a skill here at CFH because there is a right way to do it and a wrong way to do it. And of course we will do it the right way!
The first problem is everyone wants advice on their squat clean, but no one wants to be told how to run. The other problem is you have been running since you were five years old. If you developed a bad habit it is going to be much harder to correct it. We will incorporate a few drills into our workouts in the future, remember the point is to help you run with less effort.
