Coaching tip: *DO NOT DROP THE BAR IF YOU have 10s or 15s.* The goal here is to practice fast movement with good form. The Thrusters, burpees and pull ups should be a sprint each time. The 2 minutes off should give you time to rest and attack again. Each set of 3 rounds should be done in about 2 minutes. Time cap = 17 minutes.
