Paleo Challenge Kick Off Meeting- Saturday 1/26, the time has changed from 1 pm to 11 am!  We will now start the meeting at 11 am!

A few questions have been asked about the kick off meeting, hopefully this post can answer those questions!

– What is it?  An opportunity for everyone to meet and learn what to put in your mouth for 30 days.  We will give you a packet to answer all your questions and talk about common misconceptions and mistakes.

-Can I bring my boo? (aka significant other)  We encourage you to bring your wife, husband, girlfriend or boyfriend.  It does not matter if they are a member or not, this will be much easier if everyone is on board!

-Can I do the challenge if I miss the meeting? Not sure what else could be more important than this…but of course you can.  We will have extra packets at the gym on Monday just grab one and we will go from there.

Last, there is two thing we want to mention.

#1 We can not emphasis enough how important nutrition is when you are doing CrossFit.  This will give you a great foundation to build off of.

  #2 This is much more than just a group of people eating clean for 30 days.  We will lean on each other for support, recipe ideas, hurdles, and cravings.  Throughout the challenge you will want a beer, cookies or bubbly dark cola and we will support each other as a group to help overcome those obstacles!

 Nope we did not forget the met con! This is it today.  We promise it will still be a good workout, that will leave you feeling exhausted.  Getting stronger makes you better at life!
