Tonight at 6:30 pm is the start of John P’s course at CFH! Some of the feedback we have received was that the course was a little “Soft” or “Dr. Phil-ish” We want to emphasis that this course is for anyone who wants to attack their weakness or improve a goat! It was developed to have structure to accomplish your goals. You can miss a few classes and still get a ton out of this course. If you want to get your first muscle up or nail kipping pull ups this course is for YOU! If you want in just show up tonight at 6:30! THE FIRST CLASS IS FREE!
