We are officially starting the switch over to Zen Planner today. Try to sign in when you get to the gym via the I-Pad. If you can not sign in then put your name on the PR board and I will fix your account.
There will be a few growing pains, (for example all the ladies are under “male” I have been going in and switching everyone) but overall the long run this system will be better for the gym.
DEMAND TRAINING
-DT is the competitive programming piece to CFH. Coach Eric heads up the program and Geo assists. We are constantly looking for ways to improve and we are excited to announce that the weekly sessions will now be open to all athletes. If you are following the competitive programming and want to meet up with Coach Eric and the rest of the team you are welcome to. The point behind this is to build a bigger group, get feedback and expand what we are doing. This week the team will meet on Tuesday, July 5th (today) at 5 pm in the back gym (the very back gym). Make sure you sign in via the whiteboard if you attend the session.
