800 M Run 
30 Back Squats (bar starts on the ground) 
15 Burpees over the Bar (not bar facing) 

Rest 2 minutes 

600 M Run 
20 Back Squats 
10 Burpees over the Bar 


Rest 2 minutes 

400 M Run 
10 Back Squats
5 Burpees over the bar 

Fitness: 75/55
Performance: 135/95
25 min Cap 


The Back squats do not have to be unbroken, but they should be in big sets.  10+ reps.  The run will be the bulk of the workout today. Make sure you are ready to push that piece! We are starting each round with the run so you can socially distance yourself outside. We are resting after the burpees so you can mask up and make your way outside safely then take your mask off for the run.
