Fresh Start Challenge WOD

10 Deadlifts
10 Hanging Power Cleans
10 Jumping Lunges
10 Sit ups
10 min AMRAP
Rest 5 minutes then
Endurance WOD
Start by the garage doors in the driveway
In Team of 3.  200 M Sprint Relay
1 Person sprints, two people rest. Rotate through until everyone has sprinted 4 times.
