27 min Cap – **3 Round segments should be completed in under 8 minutes

Athletes:  Choose a load on the barbell that is unbroken or in two sets.  Use the 2 minute rest to add load to your bar.  The burpees will wear out your shoulders so be conscious of that going into it.
