30 High Plank Rows (hold the top of the push up and pull one arm up as if you are doing a row, then switch arms)
30 Sit ups
Drop each movement by 2 reps each round
20 min AMRAP

20 KB Swings
20 Single Arm KB Push Press
20 Sit ups
Drop each movement by 2 reps each round
