The 2017 CrossFit open has come to a close. Congrats to all the athletes who completed the 5 week challenge! If you did not sign up, thanks for dealing with crazy Friday nights, Monday re-test and non stop chatter about 17.whatever.
Whats Next!?
We have a few things coming out.
- We will be launching a more in depth fitness track to our programming. More to come on that soon.
- JP will be launching an “Odd Object Course” A chance to get extra coaching and lean about sandbags, d-balls, yokes, stones, dumbbells and other things besides a barbell. More details on pricing and start date will be announced this week.
- We will follow up this course with a gymnastics course. Matt ran a great course last time. And after the open is always a good time to refine your body weight skills!
