Spend 10 minutes working on pull ups
-Build Strength with strict work
-Work on technique
-or do a 7 min EMOM (10 pull ups every minute for 7 minutes)

WOD

90 Double Unders
60 Wall Balls
30/21 Cals on the Rower
3 Rounds

DRIVE 5:30 at CFH 

400 M Run 
then 2 Rounds of 
6 Ring Rows
9 DB Push Press (hold two DBs, but only press with 1 arm.  9 on each side)
15 Air Squats 
20 Minute AMRAP

DRIVE30 11:30 at CFHE 

E2MOM x 14 minutes

5 RIGHT arm DB Push Press
5 Left arm DB Push Press
