10 Front squats
50 Double Unders

Performance: 115/75

Athletes: Lets see where are 1 rep back squat is after the 20 rep cycle! We should not expect huge gains here as we have not been working at 90-100% of our max effort, but a good time test it out.

5 Seconds on the way down then fast on the way up
10 Glute Bridge (pause at the top)
