There is a ton of overhead pressing today. The load should be manageable, not super heavy. Shoulders should be warm and ANYONE with impingement or shoulder issues should be moved to a whole different movement. Going from pressing to goblet work is challenging due to the effort it takes your shoulders to hold the DB in the goblet position.

Everyone should be this happy when finishing a set.
