Coaching Tip: Today we squat heavy and then move with a metcon. Focus on form each time you lift today- stay braced through your core to keep your spine and shoulders in a good position- everything we have hammered home this back squat cycle. The Met Con is a way to move after lifting that should be brisk but challenging.
