Have you noticed the bands hanging from the back wall by the fridge!? They are Crossover Symmetry bands. Our resident physical therapists from Power Thru PT have been telling me to get these for a while now. They are super important when it comes to maintaing healthy shoulders. There is a chart over there with a few exercises, but Coach Eric has a few others to show you.
