Under Armor will be using our facility for a photo shoot today from 7-5.  All classes will run as normal but may have to adjust spacing accordingly.  They will only be here for one day.  Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.  Thank you for being flexible and awesome!

Strength WOD

Take 10 minutes to find a heavy 3 Rep Push Jerk (from the ground)

18 KB Swings
12 Push Jerks
4 Rounds
Fitness: (35/26) 95/65
Performance: (53/35)  115/75
Open: (53/70) 135/95
Longer endurance day today.  The strength WOD is just a warm up for the workout.  The load should be heavier than the WOD.  The Met Con is modeled after Helen, just a little longer, but should be attacked unbroken or as close to unbroken as possible.
