Strength WOD

Take 14 minutes to find a heavy load with this complex

1 Squat Clean Thruster + 1 Front Squat + 1 Push Jerk

Use the complex as a warm up for Fran.  Work to a heavy load and if you get there early then hit that same weight a few times.  I promise this will not wear you out.  It will get you warm and prepped for the workout!
