The Baltimore Endurance Club will meet for its first workout today at 6:30PM! Couldn’t attend Monday’s meeting? Feel free to try it out over the next two weeks for free!

Labor Day Schedule

We have an adjusted schedule this weekend due to Labor Day:

Saturday classes will follow a normal schedule.

SUNDAY adjusted open gym hours 10AM – noon

** No YOGA or evening open gym **

MONDAY we will ring in the holiday with a Hero WOD (to be announced) with classes at 10AM and 11AM. Following the 11AM workout, Harpoon Brewery will be providing some post-WOD refreshments.

Strength WOD

Every 2 minutes for 16 minutes

1 Push Press + 1 Push jerk + 1 Split Jerk

(bar comes from the rack, build up in load every set)

WOD

6 Clean and Jerks

12 Handstand Push ups

12 Bar Facing Burpees

3 Rounds

Fitness 115/75 (For the HSPU today scale to a seated strict press with dumbbells or KBs)
