Odd Objects Course

Coach JP will be running a 4-week Odd Objects Course beginning Wednesday, April 19th from 6:00-7:30pm.  This will be a chance to get extra coaching and learn about sandbags, d-balls, yokes, stones, dumbbells and other things besides a barbell.  We won’t be running this course unless we have a group of at least 10 people.  If you’re interested, email us at crossfitfederalhill@gmail.com ASAP!

Coaching Tip: This is a heavier clean workout with a sneaky amount of toes to bar.  Focus on form and technique with the clean.  It should be at a load where most reps are dropped at the top.  For the toes to bar the coach will focus on a good shoulder and kipping warm up.  The rest is in your hands.  Our overall goal will be to maintain form.  Scaling the number of reps on the toes to bar will be best to maintain the stimulus of the workout.  If your sets drop below three toes to bar you should be taking the number of reps down.
