The CFH Paleo Challenge wrapped up a few weeks ago. We have tallied up the numbers and we are excited to announce the winners!
Before we get to that we want to hit you with some group numbers. We did not get everyone to come back for the re-test, but from the numbers we did get there was a total of 43 pounds lost, 13 inches dropped and 355 more reps on Fight Gone Bad. Amazing to see such great progress in such a short amount of time!!!
Before we get to the winners I am speaking on behalf of Brian and I, this decision was hard to say the least! We had over three guys lose more then 10 lbs and over three ladies loose more then 3 inches. Everyone made huge gains in FGB. We wish everyone could get rewarded for their hard work in the form of a free month, but we hope you realize the true reward is how you feel, lbs and inches lost and what you learned in those 30 days. Not only that, but we raised a good chunk of money for charity thanks to you!

Jess H lost a total of 3 lbs, 3.75 inches, and improved her FGB score by 82 reps
Trevor lost a total of 16 lbs, dropped 3 inches, and improved his FGB score by 28 reps

Do 5 front squats, rack the bar up then do 5 back squats with no break. Then rest a min or two or let your partner go if you are sharing a rack. Add weight and repeat for the sets of 4-3-3-2-1
