A1) Front Rack Lunges 8/8/8/8 (bar comes from rack)

A2) Weighted low Plank (30 seconds) x 4

10 Front Squats

25 Sit ups

3 Rounds

Fitness: 115/75

RX: 155/105

RX+: (GHD Sit ups)  175/115

**You should have a solid base of GHD sit ups before doing 75.  Please do not do them if you have not built up to that volume.**
