Congrats to all those who completed the CFH Clean Eating Challenge! Thirty days of clean eating is no easy task. This crew faced their share of temptation– work travel, social events, not to mention snow storm Jonas. Challengers have noticed an improvement in recovery times, sleep patterns, energy levels, and some have even dropped a few pounds.   For today’s WOD, we retest the Clean Eating Challenge Benchmark WOD the crew completed 30 days ago.

Strength WOD

Take 15 minutes to find a heavy 1 RM Split Jerk
We are starting a Split Jerk cycle next week, so use today to find your 1RM.

9 Wall Balls
10 min AMRAP
