Some seriously awesome toes to bar. Not what you will be able to maintain in most WOD’s, but still a good example.
In this piece Carl P (who is in the video above) discusses proper technique and tips for toes to bar. In the WOD today we are doing them for skills. We are doing them for time so you do not feel pressure to get 10 or 15 reps in a certain amount of time.
